Our team arrives fully prepared with all essential cleaning supplies and equipment. The first session generally involves more time as we acquaint ourselves with the new environment. Subsequent appointments tend to be more streamlined. For optimal efficiency, it’s helpful to do some basic tidying beforehand. This ensures our cleaners can concentrate on addressing dirt and dust rather than organizing belongings. We care for every room and items in your home, If you have any delicate or highly valuable items, kindly notify us in advance.
Our cleaning services are consistently professional, tailored to suit your needs and budget. To maintain this exceptional standard, there are specific areas and items that TheCrew Cleaning teams do not address. These include: ironing, tall ceiling chandeliers, animal waste, hazardous waste and carpet cleaning.
Your payment is processed upon scheduling of the service and on the 1st of each month for recurring services. We’ll setup a service plan and have a special day and time to serve you and your family, and we won’t shift you around. If you need to change your cleaning date, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled date, and we’ll accommodate it.
TheCrew Cleaning Services offers a worry-free home cleaning service solution. YES! We have highly trained, insured emplyees, not contractors, for your protection and ours.
In the event of breakage or damage, our team is trained to promptly photograph and report the incident without assigning blame. While our staff is meticulous and respectful in every space they service, occasional accidents may occur. Upon reporting to our office, we’ll reach out to you for a prompt and equitable resolution.
Your presence is not obligatory during the professional house cleaning service provided by our team. In truth, most of our clients are not on-site during the cleaning process. You have the option to provide the best way to lockup after the cleaning crew is done. Door code, garagem code, lock box with a spare key, and so on.
We recognize that your pets are valued members of your family, not just animals. That’s why we take additional steps to ensure their comfort and safety while we’re on-site. Our team adores pets as much as you do and will extend the same affectionate and attentive care to them as if they were our own. For their on safety, it is required that they stay away from the area being cleaned.
While our team members do not anticipate tips, they are appreciated as a recognition of exceptional work. If you’d like to offer a tip, it’s welcomed, and our teams can accept them. You can leave a tip in an envelope or request to include it in your charge.
Ensuring your absolute satisfaction is our primary goal, reflected in our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you find our service unsatisfactory for any reason, simply inform us within 24 hours, we’ll return to re-clean any areas that fell short of your expectations.
We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, we require notice of three business days. Cancellations made within 48 hours require a 50% cleaning fee, cancellations made within 24 hours require full payment, and emergency cases will be handled individually. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact the office directly to make schedule changes.
